New Water & Sewer Connection Procedures




1. Customers should pick application form to fill at

  1. Customer Care Office at Head Office along msa road,(sultan Hamud town).
  2. Eastern Area Located along msa road in email town, (kindu mall).
  3. Western Area Located along loitoktok road imbirikani( biglife offices)
  4. At mashuuru town located along kajiado – Isara rd,
  5. You can also download New Water and Sewer Connection Application Form HERE and fill it.

The following are required during application;

  1. Photocopy of national ID or Passport Number
  2. Photocopy of KRA PIN certificate
  3. Plot number
  4. Copy of title deed /sale agreement/allotment letter(or proof of land ownership)
  5. Letter from your area chief and an affidavit form.
  6. Hand written application letter.

2. New connection Inspector checks to confirm ground details are correct

(details filled in the application form)
    Note:

  1. Customer’s presence is required during field verification.
  2. Filled forms should be attached with the above-mentioned requirements.
  3. If the filled information is incorrect or has errors, customers are advised to repeat application procedures.
  4. If the form is confirmed, connection will be done in less than 14 days.
