Our customers and other stakeholders expect high standards of service delivery from our company. We will strive to meet those expectations guided by values to which our staff are committed.
New Connections
Upon applying for water supply services to be provided, signing a supply contract and paying the required deposit and connection fees, a customer will have a meter installed and supplied with water within 14 days.
All new connections shall be registered at all our offices.
Infrastructure maintenance
Our company shall undertake proper maintenance of our infrastructure to assure sustainability of service delivery.
Leakages and bursts
All bursts and leakages will be attended to within a time period of 12 hours after reporting for minor bursts and leakages, and 48 hours after reporting for major bursts and leakages.
For all scheduled repairs and maintenance, customers will be given prior information on interruption of services.
Water quality
Water will be treated to the set standards in our water supply works before transmission to our customers.
